Are you an investor or a first time home buyer who is interested in getting a great value on a home or multifamily property?

In this class you will:

learn about purchasing foreclosure properties. Purchasing these properties can sometimes take extra patience and often some sweat equity.
learn about lender programs, including some that provide money for renovations and/or repairs.
board a bus to tour some single family and multi-units properties which are currently being sold as foreclosures.

Classroom time is approximately 30 minutes and the bus tour will conclude approx. 2pm.
